Forking Soil over Boosts Plants

I read once that digging soil helps plants breathe and helps earthworms and soils microbes get air or oxygen. In fact, it was written that forkung the soil makes feeding the plants not required! Just forking & tilling is enough!

I am not sure about the science behind this but what I can tell you is this:...

Everytime I dig soil over and weed the flowerbeds, the plants get a massive boost and look greener, larger and much improved in overall appearence.

As the yanks say...Go figure!
